FAQs
How do I get paid?
Your money is stored online and becomes available for withdrawal to your bank account three days after the event. Just login to your rep dashboard and go to the finance tab to withdraw.
How do I track my sales?
Tracking is done through your rep account allowing you to see clicks and sales in real time.
What if my friend doesn’t buy their ticket straight away?
It doesn’t matter if they don’t buy tickets straight away from clicking your link. If they buy a ticket from fatsoma within 30 days of clicking your link and yours was the first rep link they clicked for that event then you will still earn your commission.
Who sets the rep commissions?
These are set by the event promoter, different promoters award different commissions. Not every event on fatsoma has rep commission set but all sales count towards our weekly prize draw for the top 4 reps.
Who can become a rep?
Anyone! As long as you have friends online you can get going now. Just get searching for events on fatsoma and click to rep your favourites.

I feel that Fatsoma would be more helpful if it showed you who has viewed your link. That way you would be able to follow up and wonder why a sale may not have been completed. It would leave you to answer any questions a customer may have and potentially leave you with more sales and ultimately more commission

Hi Sarah. That’s a great suggestion and I can see how that’d be helpful for reps. Unfortunately we would only be able to show data on who has viewed the link if that person signs up with Fatsoma or is logged in when they view the link. It’d be interesting to see what percentage of users this is and if it is a large enough proportion to be useful then it’d certainly be worth implementing. We’ll investigate. Cheers, Ray.

Was just wondering how to add events you want to rep onto your rep page, as there isnt an option?

Hi John. All you need to do is simple click on ‘Rep Event’ on the event in question. As we integrate pagnation into the rep profile pages, you will be able to scroll through the amount of events that you have on your rep profile page.

Hi, I was just wondering if its possible to get a pack of paper tickets too sell? And if so how?
Comment by Zak — October 21, 2012 @ 2:51 pm
Hi there Zak,
All our stock that we sell is purely online and once a customer has bought an e-ticket, they need to print the tickets out or download our Fatsoma ticket app from the Google Paly Store, with the iPhone app imminent. Paper stock for ourselves would be another cost to the business and that is why we email customers their e-tickets whether buying from reps or from Fatsoma.com direct.

I have been promoting tickets on Fatsoma for about a month now and I enjoy doing it and have also made a good bit of money from it. Will definitely keep using this site!!
